Aires Construction maintains an in house construction management staff that has over 125 years of combined experience. Our integrated Design/Construction Management approach has proven itself to be a cost effective method to meet today's new construction demands and techniques. This is especially critical on projects where the pressures of a tight budget and compressed schedule combine. The Integrated-Design/Construction Management approach when properly implemented has advantages over both the traditional Design/Build and General Construction (GC) approaches. Some of these advantages include:

• Lower cost without compromise to the integrity of the project scope;
• The Owner becomes part of the project team involved in critical decisions without being subject to routine processes;
• Working relationships built on integrity and trust rather than traditional Owner/GC/subcontractor roles, which are prone to adversarial relationships;

In addition to our capable in-house design services we are prepared to bring together a customized design team utilizing additional professionals to enhance our ability to best meet our clients objectives. The use of outside consultants is transparent to our clients because all direct client contact is with the Aires design and construction professionals.
