In today's world of electronic information, a critical element of new construction, facility additions or renovations often includes the incorporation of new and advanced integrated technology with mechanical and electrical systems. Many of the projects completed by Aires Construction have included fully integrated and automated environmental control systems with a variety of companies such as Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell and other smaller specialty control contractors. We have completed multiple projects that have called for the incorporation of electrical systems related to "Clean", un-interruptible power source equipment.

For example, Aires Construction recently completed a major renovation of a building that would be used as a stock day-trading center. This renovation required the installation of thousands of feet of Lucent GigaSPEED 81 (Category 6) Gigabit copper cable and fiber optic backbone to support sixty-two trader work areas and one hundred sixty-two Technical Support work areas in their state-of-the-art trading technology. This system was provided with a 225 KVA/180 KW UPS system operating through a 600A static switch to allow for future expansion. For additional backup a 500kw emergency generator, with a 1000 gallon above ground fuel tank and monitoring panel was included to ensure power to their system would not be interrupted and compromise their business.
