Our History

    1985 Aires Environmental Services, Inc.

    Aires initial focus was classical “Industrial Hygiene” (Occupational Hygiene) services that quickly grew and expanded to a national level. In 1987, the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) became law and created opportunities for early unanticipated growth.

    1990 Aires Consulting Group, Inc.

    Changing market conditions and customer requests lead Aires to evolve into the multi-disciplined firm that we are today. The unrelenting focus of “providing solutions” in everything we do, remains constant and rooted in sound management of risk, best practices, and regulatory compliance.

    1997 Aires Consulting Group, Inc. An “Employee Owned” Company

    Re-structured under “Employee Stock Ownership Program” (ESOP). One of the first EHS companies in North America to successfully re-structure under ESOP. The ESOP essentially formalized what was already happening. Our successful employees already “acted” like owners. Under the ESOP, they became owners.

    We proudly carry our “roots” into the 21st Century as a very unique Division of Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. (Lovingly known as “GB”). Take a peek at the “Gallagher Way.” Corporate Cultures do exist. Aires and GB just happen to be perfectly compatible.
